Trillium is Now Hiring an Operations Lead in Brunswick, OH!
The Operations Lead is responsible for managing and monitoring resources assigned to complete daily fulfillment activities (Order Fulfillment, Booth Fulfillment, Shipping and Receiving). The operations lead will direct resources, follow established process / procedures and ensure that productivity and quality standards are met.
We have 1st shift availability, Monday through Friday schedule. Monday Thursday hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm. Friday hours: 7:30am - 2:00pm. Starting pay rate range is $17.00 - &18.00/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all daily activities are completed
-Ensure that fulfillment operation runs at peak efficiency and that all -SLA’s and metrics are met
-Provide coaching to assigned associates
-Ensure that performance and quality standards are met
-Ensure that all training and compliance requirements are met
-Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
-Ability to delegate tasks and take responsibilities for the deliverables of others
-Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

Qualifications:
-At least 5 years of experience working in fast-paced -Fulfillment/Shipping/Receiving operations (warehousing, logistics or distribution) with some level of leadership responsibility.
-PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Knowledge of mid-size warehouse management systems
-Strong organizational skills with aggressive follow-through
-Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to operate heavy equipment and lift up to 50 pounds
